Wellness Retreat
NIMMO BAY WELLNESS RETREATS
Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort is a beautiful space nestled at the base of the 5000ft Mt. Stephens. Built in harmony with nature half of the resort is floating in this peaceful bay, while the other half is grounded on a small out cropping of land. Running through the centre of the resort is a magnificent waterfall. This waterfall not only supplies the resort with its drinking water but also with this green power. To get to the resort will must take a boat from Vancouver Island 30kms East to the mainland coast of British Columbia. This is where your magical adventure begins, in the boat you will find yourself weaving in and out of inlets and islands until ultimately happening upon Nimmo Bay. The local Native community hold that all life on the coast was given birth right at Nimmo Bay when the Thunderbird flew over Mt.Stephens. There could not be a more perfect place to retreat and renew than in such a spiritually rich location. Nimmo Bay vibrates at its own frequency and shortly after arriving you will find yourself sinking into its natural rhythms. All food offerings are locally sourced, abundant and vegetarian. All employees are knowledgable, masterful and kind. All facilities are harmonious, useful and relaxing. All service is gracious, honourable and respectful. Come join us and you will see that at Nimmo Bay, once in a life time may not be enough.

Katina O'Neill

Katina O'Neil an Anthropologist grounded in a scientific and spiritual understanding of the evolutionary process of consciousness. She has received extensive training in the Shamanic traditions of the Medicine People of the Lakota and Carrier Nations and has spent time in Peru studying with the Inca Medicine People.
For the past few years, she has been studying the work of evolutionary pioneers and quantum physicists who are telling us that we live in a universe of unlimited possibility. We ourselves are a product of that unlimited possibility and in fact are that unlimited possibility. This understanding becomes the basis of how she approaches life and the work she is here to do.
Using shamanic techniques, participants in her retreats and workshops are given experiential access to their ultimate potential and the tools to build a cosmology from which they can re-envision their place in the universe and thereby fulfill their destiny.
She also offers individual healing sessions employing the diverse background of knowledge that she has. Again, using shamanic techniques along with energy healing, Reiki and an understanding of quantum healing whereby the healing takes place outside of space time and therefore heals across lifetimes, she can provide her clients with a truly unique opportunity to bring health and balance back into their lives.
Katina has offered retreats and workshops throughout North America.
Jelena Lepesic

Jelena Lepesic integrates her yoga practice and teaching, holistic massage therapy, Reiki and studies in Osteopathy into an integrative fusion therapy towards health and wellness. She uses the knowledge and understanding from the manual therapies in order to help inspire students to practice in appropriate and effective ways for their particular bodies and levels. The students are encouraged to maintain good alignment strengthening a language between their bodies, minds and their inner being. Jelena is a hatha yoga (Bikram Choudhury trained) and Synergy trained yoga teacher. Her teaching is grounded in the oldest Hatha yoga style, which focuses on the holistic aspects of yoga practice as a physical and mental health practice. On the other hand, Synergy is a playful, artful form of therapeutic partner yoga and Thai massage that benefits partners, groups of people and kids in order to interconnect and help deal with communication problems. As a result of combining her studies, teaching yoga and one-on-one massage treatments, she is able to direct her clients towards improving and inspiring their own life styles in the most authentic ways for them.
